로그인 없이도 쓸 수 있나요?

네. 앱을 처음 열면 자동으로 이 기기에서만 쓰이는 익명 계정이 만들어져서 바로 명상을 기록할 수 있어요. 원하면 Google 계정을 연결해 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 지워도 기록을 이어갈 수 있어요.

명상 시간은 정해진 것만 고를 수 있나요?

아니에요. 자주 쓰는 시간을 빠르게 고를 수 있는 버튼이 있지만, 원하는 시간을 직접 입력해서 그 시간대로 명상을 시작할 수도 있어요.

내 명상 기록은 어디에 저장되나요?

별도의 자체 서버 없이 Google의 Firebase에 저장돼요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있어요.

계정을 삭제하고 싶어요

앱 상단의 “계정 삭제” 버튼을 누르면 닉네임과 지금까지 쌓은 모든 명상 기록을 포함해 계정 전체를 영구히 삭제할 수 있어요. 한 번 삭제하면 되돌릴 수 없어요.

Can I use the app without signing in?

Yes. The first time you open the app, an anonymous account tied to your device is created automatically, so you can start recording meditation right away. If you want, you can link a Google account to keep your records even if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

Can I only choose from the preset durations?

No. The preset buttons are just quick shortcuts for common durations — you can also enter any custom duration and start a session with that instead.

Where are my meditation records stored?

They’re stored with Google’s Firebase; we don’t run any separate servers of our own. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I want to delete my account

Use the “Delete account” button at the top of the app to permanently delete your entire account, including your nickname and every meditation record you’ve built up. This cannot be undone.
